Dr. Mohammad Reza Farzin, the president and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors, appointed Dr. Abulfazl Najjar Zadeh as the secretary of the Board of Executive Directors and the manager of the president's office.

Dr. Farzin, in his decree, has referred to the commitment, experience and expertise of Dr. Najjarzadeh and expressed hope for effective planning and influential management of the NDFI resources, enhancing cooperation with the banking system and preparing the ground for productive investments and maintaining the shares of future generations.

Dr. Najjar Zadeh lectures at university and has job experience in various economic levels including, among other things: advisor to the Economic deputy, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, Advisor to the managing director of Mehr-e Mihan Fund, internal manager of Economic Policies and Research Quarterly.

He has published 35 research papers in credible domestic and foreign journals on the examination and study of national development, economic growth, international trade, intellectual rights, financial tools and instruments of Islamic economics. He has also translated the book: : “Currency and Monetary Systems in Asia”.
